Animal prints or fun bright colors are always accepted

Also a rather large pashmina/wrap/scarf is preferred. Like 36x80 (or 26x80) are the standard for the wide scarves.

A nice native print would work too

^^^We went to Pondicherry today, which was pretty cool. Saw the Gandhi statue, which is supposedly the largest one in Asia. There were a lot of people there since today is his birthday - which also means the entire country is dry, and no alcohol can be served.

Some of the other guys I'm here with went to Mahabalipuram the other day before I got here and enjoyed it.

For the rest of my time here, I'll be working at night (to align with American business hours). Not sure if I'll have much opportunity to go see more.
