While I may have expressed "America #1" before, that's an opinion simply saying I like American more than anywhere else.

Ranking 1st, or 2nd, or 18th, objectively and specifically, (not just an opinion) must be calculated.
You said this done by averaging "all of" their stats. That's what you said.
How then, is that done?

Anyone can subjectively pick their favorite (ranked 1st arbitrarily and out of opinion)
But you suggest that a specific rank of 18 can exist. How? How might one calculate the ranking to get that result?

Yeah, without reading the dumps, it kinda seems that way doesnt it? Other than a few shock releases (like the helicopter shooting people on the streets in Iraq- and that was somewhat defensible), most of the cables are the type of stuff that you would expect from high level government, and things you would expect NOT to be released due to many reasons.

I think the guy is a major douche, and wonder why we havent hauled him and, and prosecuted the leakers.
