Your blood pressure isn't that high..neither is the BPM. It wouldn't be an ER type thing but get it checked out. Last time I went to the ER my BP was through the roof but I am super sick. You may have an infection or something and that could cause it-happened to me many times. Unless you have a history of anxiety, I doubt that's it.

Also, not a doctor myself so go see one and hope you feel better.

yeah no kidding, I just went through the same thing the OP did except my resting heart rate was 120, had to go to the doctor and didn't even realize pretty much how stoned the drug had me either and I looked like a meth addict, at least the nurse putting her hands all over me for the EKG was sexy, the website for the med has warning signs about your heart all over the place, i wonder if that medicine is really worth it
