I have had dosas only once ever, and that was in some city either in NC or in VA, at an Indian trade expo or something. My Indian gf and I couldn't stop eating them at this one stall where they had South Indian foods. They were filled with this slightly spicy mashed potato mixture. Nutritionally, of course, they offer nothing by themselves and are bad for you. The filling is what makes the thing, anyway.
