UPDATE

So, they found the car in downtown Raleigh. And they traced the number he dialed on the neighbor's cell phone. Yep, it was a high school kid. He lives in the neighborhood across the street. According to police, he decided he was going to skip school. Then decided he was going to rip off a car while he was at it.

I wonder what juvies get for grand theft auto in NC?
