As a Jets fan I have no real interest in the superbowl this year but I think the Steelers will get their 7th. That is just it file this under who gives a shit as both of these teams have numerous titles already.

I think that was for a luxury box that included 15 tickets and a meal.

They are averaging about 3,500 per though.

I hope GB sends the Fagsburgh Steelers back home crying. Big Ben can take his loss out on some 20 yr old slut at the bar.

What are the chances that the Steelers come out to Wiz Khalifa's "Black and Yellow"? I'm going to go 85%.

GO PACKERS

"I'll admit it was a tough year for old Big Ben. Commissioner Goodell suspended me for the first six games of the season because I was accused of sexual assault last year. Twice. It was a really dark time for me.

But, not only did I come back, but I came back even sooner than I was supposed to, after only four games. I don't think I could have done any of it without God. I thank God every single day of my life that I was born a) super good at football and b) white. If either of those things were different, man, would I be in prison right now."

The guy playing Lombardi on this pregame show was the father on The Wonder Years. It's been a long time since I've seen him do something.

this pre-game fox celebrity interview shit is horrible.

these stars must be coked out of their heads, just don't give a fuck, or are retarded. none of them are worth a shit for an interview.

Quote :
"Updated NFL statement on ticket situation as of 5:45pm ET: "Incomplete installation of temporary seats in a limited number of sections made the seats unusable. Approximately 850 fans with tickets in sections 205A, 215A, 230A, and 240A were affected and were relocated to similar or better seats. Four hundred (400) fans in sections 425A and 430A were not able to be accommodated with seats inside the stadium. These fans will each receive a refund of triple the cost of the face value of their ticket. The face value of these tickets are $900. The safety of fans attending the Super Bowl was paramount in making the decision and the NFL, Dallas Cowboys and City of Arlington officials are in agreement with the resolution. We regret the situation and inconvenience that it may have caused. We will conduct a full review of this matter.""

400 people just made bank ... i wonder if they get to watch on that big screen area for free (instead of the $200ish amount they were charging people to watch there)

What if they bought them at well over face value? I wouldnt doubt some of them still lost money on the deal not to mention what about travel costs and all that shit?

yeah. being able to watch the super bowl is typically a pretty unique experience. triple face is good compensation but still blows that you couldn't see the game.

Still blows my mind that someone would pay that much for what are likely not very good seats.

was hoping to get a stream of the game online (you know, since it's 2011 and most of us don't drag knuckles around anymore..) looks like they've already shut down channelsurfing.net and others.

The best I've ever heard someone sing the national anthem was Whitney Houston's rendition back in 1991 for Super Bowl 25. It meant a lot too b/c the Gulf War had just begun.
