1) Route 7 east bound near 66 was shut down because people couldn't make it up the hill on Route 7. They were sliding all over the place. Few cars had given up and were just parked on the side of the road.

the road that runs by my apt. complex has been getting more and more backed up with traffic over the past few hours. Now, cars aren't even moving, and haven't been for some time. No place to turn around, or do anything other than sit.
