because otherwise there are some nasty natural boobs out there. someone posted a link to a site years ago on here made by someone who wanted to show what natural boobs of normal everyday women looked like. hundreds of women had sent in pics of their boobs. a big chunk of them were painful to look at. you can search for the site on google... i am too lazy (and i also don't want to see them again).


p.s. as for not feeling natural, you can get them put in under the chest muscle for a natural look and feel.
