I wonder what really affects this study amongst the people who actually 'tried their best' (ie at least gave as much effort as anyone would to some meaningless online). I put "average" at the beginning for how I thought I would do and I got 100% and probably spent 2-3 seconds at most on each image for the choices. I don't really know how accurate this test is but it does make me want to skim through something that explains what affects facial recognition from person to person.

i used associations with other people who some of the faces looked like, ie, "that guy looks like Billy Corgan" or "that face looks like Mary-Louise Parker"
