I'm pretty sure if you took a poll of all the message board posters who have maybe questioned Harrow's mental toughness or his ability to shake off a bad play and not let it linger...that 99% of them would hope he stays at State and that his great basketball abilities far outweigh any of their gripes about the imperfections of an 18 year old kid

I've said from the get-go I think Harrow will be solid next year and absolutely great his jr and sr years.

However, lets not mince words. He was ill prepared for big time college basketball this year. He was just not good at all.

But he was a very small freshman that had to learn the hard way what he can and can't do at this level.

He's clearly a pure point guard and his quickness/ball handling is elite. If he adds a consistent jump shot and continues to improve as a finisher he will be a great PG. Looks like a potential 1st or 2nd team all-ACC player to me his last two seasons.

Also I see him becoming a good leader for this team and will really make the other players around him better. If he leaves it would be devastating.

If Lo is definitely staying, I think it's safe that Ryan will be here too. He just seems like a sensitive guy and it can be rough losing a role model like that.

I think probably what happened was that Ryan read Pack Pride, saw all the old, ignorant assholes and rampant racists and got a little disgusted.


The best thing for us to do would be to convince him to post here, on TWW.


We might be a little bit older than him demographically, but we're not going to bash him because we all appreciate the fact that we can't afford to. Plus most of us are in our 20s (come on guys) and we're not belligerent racists (except for packboozie, who everyone admits fucking sucks)


Plus, he can post in Chit Chat and choose from the finest trim TWW has to offer. We all know there's no girls on PP, SFN, or PI.



Ryan, join TWW and you will see just how much NC State really loves you. (improper benefits ITT?)

Ryan, if you are reading this..... NC State does have some stupid fans. Really really stupid fans.

With that said, if you are feeling pressure or being talked poorly about on internet message boards/twitter, consider these 2 things:

1) It's likely a UNC fan or rival fan trying to make us look stupid
2) People that post on message boards are generally the 'diehard' type anyways and most passionate. Some of them let that get the best of them.

You are an asset to NC State and I really hope you choose to stick around. I think you can and will be a star here with hard work and the right coaching. Gottfried has produced a few good NBA point guards.

honestly every person i know in real life talks about harrow like he's a greek god.

And im not talking about 2-3 people i mean like all ~20 avid state fans that i talk to regularly during the season.

I'm a realist not a fanboy so I can say candidly that he had a pretty rough season. But every single person i know has on blinders and they walk around talking about harrow constantly.

So its surprising to me that he thinks he isnt loved by NC State fans. That guy has more support amongst the fanbase than any NC state player since Julius Hodge, period.

For God's sake i just thought about it and i dont know a single person more critical of him than i am. And that's just because I can see how high his potential is compared to his current output.

Even the UNC fans i talk to regularly are like "yeah that guy harrow is going to be good".

Where is he reading this stuff? Who the fuck at a time like this is saying truly negative things about Harrow? How could that possibly help...

Either A) he can't take ANY constructive criticism about his game

or
