You do know CiCi's hayday is already passed? Unless they do something drastic with their food, they're a dead-end chain. The real owners have already made their money and they don't really care what other people do with it. As a store owner, you don't have any control over the food decisions. You can't cut costs, you have to buy Ci-Ci's products for Ci-Ci's cost. You have to change the interior on your own dime which costs $30,000 every couple of years.

I learned this from talking to the owner of a Ci-Ci's that went out of business and up for auction in Richmond.
