i think they revealed DNA evidence saying the father of Caylee is not a relative, no one knows who the father is but Casey.

I believe the Casey's father's attempted suicide was with alcohol and meds.

The meter reader saw what he thought was a body in August 2008 but when he called it in and the detective showed up, he walked back in the woods and busted his ass. Dirty and embarrased the detective chewed out the meter reader and everyone went on with their lives. Then in December the meter reader was back in the area and went in the same woods to take a piss and came across the skeletized remains of what was later determined to be Caylee Marie Anthony. He wasn't sure the skull was real at first and inserted his "meter reader stick" into the right eye socket.

If it is a quick verdict, it will be like OJ's trail....you usually dont convict on a captial case within hours. The longer the jury is out, the more it favors the prosecution. Also, she can still get prison time with the other charges even if she is not convicted of murder. She will probably be a old hag when she gets out.

Very VERY POWERFUL closing argument from the prosecution yesterday and today. I love how Jeff told a story yesterday, and today basically spoke on George and how he's not a factor and gave clear-direction as to what the sentences mean (First degree murder being child abuse which could involve her giving Caylee the chloroform even if accidental = felony murder AND premeditated which the case clearly is). Then Linda ripped it when she came full-circle from opening statements when she FIRST mentioned, "Who's life was better?". SOOO SOOO good rebuttals. Casey, I hope you're ready.....

personally i think shes guilty as hell

but it was never proven who killed caylee

nor was anybody proven to be involved in her death

you may think shes guilty as hell and that the prosecution sounded very strong

but at the end of the day, none of that matters because they are trying to incite feelings

feelings are not facts

and at the end of the day, the proof is still missing. even if casey gets convicted, there will
be a lot of room for her to work with in regards to appeals.

Yeah, but its a shitty defense when instead of saying "I didnt do it, here is the facts to prove why" you instead say "We admit she drowned in the pool, and she just didnt report it for a month"

So basically the defense is ceding the point that Casey was involved in the death in some way, the prosecution really only needs to prove that the pool drowning is BS. The defense made no attempt to distance Casey from the death, and when you add in all the lies and circumstantial evidence, I think they have a much stronger case.

You can have the strongest case in the world, but if you cannot prove your claim beyond a reasonable doubt then it does not stick. The prosecution has not proven that Casey has murdered Caylee beyond a reasonable doubt.

I think the defense clearly established reasonable doubt. For that alone, she should walk.

I think the family was involved in Caylee's death. They're obviously incredibly fucked up, with the dad banging the daughter, the brother banging the sister, etc.

Based on the preponderance of the evidence, she loses. Based on reasonable doubt, she wins.
