I only know of her as being the girl that will be in Green Lantern. And I don't even remember why I know that.

Looking at her profile on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blake_Lively the only thing I've seen her in was Accepted and "I Just Had Sex" but she wasn't notable enough for me to remember in either of them.

from what I read today these pics were taken while she was filming The Town a couple years ago. The hackers released the pics without her face at first, but when her publicist denounced them as 100% fake they began leaking their backlog of other pics from the set that show it's clearly her. Apparently they have a few more they plan to release.
