What is everyone doing on July 9th? (or July 23rd??)

bottombaby has moved and is finally emptying out her house, and I have a couch there that I need to sell, and she has other stuff to sell. Her house is in a neighborhood within the Eagle Ridge Golf Course community and they get LOTS of foot traffic. I could look in to getting everyone in her cul-de-sac on board so we would have lots of room.

someone want to help take the reigns with arranging this? I can probably get down to bottombaby's neighborhood and stick some notes on the neighbors' door to make sure they are all down, or at least type something up and have someone who lives closer *cough*zorthage*cough* stick them to the doors. If all her neighbors are game we have a whole cul-de-sac and all her yard and garage to set up stuff, and if enough people show and she doesn't mind we may be able to set up stuff in the house. hell, it may help her sell her house if people come inside.

yes, but it's a large rich golf course neighborhood. If anyone else has a suggestion for where to hold this I'm game. I just know this place gets decent foot traffic, and I won't have to haul my couch anywhere.

Everyone should park on the road, not poppy hills cuz it is tiny. the further away the better so people who want to buy our shit can park. big vehicles should probably go away some where. actually, it would be best if everyone could unload, go park somewhere like the pool/park lot, and then someone else can drive them back over.
