Officer Bowen...lived on Brent Rd back when he was cracking down using the noise ordinance as an excuse to break up any gathering. Had a few friends over (~15-20) in one of the large duplexes. Found him standing in the doorway, asked him if I should tell people they need to leave, he asked if I lived there, then cuffed me. Included the 5 empty keg shells we had in the garage on the ticket, even though they were old.

I never knew my parents would laugh when I told them I got arrested...for a noise violation...which was probably meant to be for a large party up the street.

Would have if i could've remembered his name. I even went to where his office had been, and he had moved.

11 years ago, I was frequently seen on state campus like this.

Also, my mom use to date a US Marshall and I put his handcuffs on. I thought that he was kidding me when he said he didn't have the keys...he wasn't. I had to wait an hour or so for him to go get the keys to let me out.

yes. might have been trying to be freaky but we used real ones and those things kind of hurt

once for the freaky deaky. used real (or at least not padded) cuffs. we were actually handcuffed to each other for the whole night, haha, which culminated in knockin' da boots.

Also have been in them a couple of times in SERE school (and afterwards) to practice getting out of restraints.
