I was getting these for a while.

-I am usually very cold, especially my feet. (like so cold you would think I am dead)
-I get the dream of not finishing some class or a report due and I didn't read the book and can't find it.
-I haz the Hashimotos and take thyroid medicine -so this could be the real reason.

Are you really anxious before going to bed about things? Nightmares? memory foam mattress? Anything like that?

I have night sweats sometimes but it's due to a strong nightmare of some sort.

it happens to me, but not terribly bad - it has to be cold in the room for me to sleep. like 68-72. if it's higher than that, I have to have more and more articles of clothing removed. I'm not sure what the tipping point is, but I could be completely naked and still get them.

generally what happens is that I wake up and have to take a shirt off. then I'm fine after that.

Something must be going down. I have never had these before and in the last 2 weeks or so I have had them like every other night. And it's not just a walk in the park mist I wake up in a pool. It's like I'm running a marathon in my sleep or something. I'm curious about point my internet camera at me and seeing what happens on like a 3 second interval.

I get these every couple of weeks.
I have a ceiling fan that is always on regardless of the temperature because of this. It helps a lot. I can almost guarantee that with the fan off, I will sweat a ton.
I am hot natured. My wife calls me her personal furnace. I sleep nekid with only a sheet on top of me, and sometimes a blanket at the bottom of the bed over my feet. I have a king bed w/ high quality cotton sheets.

i get these often. it's miserable. i've been to the doctor to try to figure it out but things always check out normal.

-i'm hot-natured, always have been
-don't drink caffeine or alcohol
-normal metabolism
-not anxious, normal amount of stress, no trouble falling asleep
-i keep the house like an ice box (poor Fumbler). i would love to use the ceiling fan but it bothers chris's sinuses & makes a really obnoxious knocking/clicking noise.

I'm the EXACT same way. I am like a furance when I sleep. It works for you sometimes (girl wants to sleep right next to you for warmth ) or against (when it gets too warm and people start sweating )

I contacted the Wicked Sheets company mentioned earlier in the thread and they were super nice. They sent me a sample of the fabric, and I really like it.

My wife and I are about to order a set of sheets from them.

Thanks for the recommendation!
