Wolfpack Welcome Week: August 10th through 20th
RecFest: August 14th (Sunday)
Campus Crawl: August 15th
Talley Ceremony: August 16th (Also Welcome Back Pack)
Back to School Jam: August 18th
Silent Disco: August 20th

I stand by my recommendation of August 21st, it's a Sunday, or even the week after that, as the thrill of OMG NCSU TUNNEL LET'S GET SPRAY PAINT ASAP thrill of the freshman will have calmed down a little.
