One time I had some random girl in the middle east send me a message on Facebook saying I looked just like her ex-bf who was killed in some war. I didn't think much of it until she started sending pictures, they were obviously pictures of me that she had taken from my account. One picture she said "This is him at the hospital" and it was from Halloween 2006 when I was dressed up like a ghostbuster and my friend next to me was dressed up like a doctor. It was so random. I ended up blocking her and forgetting all about it until now.

while i find it unsettling - i don't really wanna change my day to day because of one incident.

If you provided enough content online for her to assume your identity, then you should rethink what you put/post online.

I gotta admit this is pretty funny. I might try and create a new "story" for the person if this happened to me. Take a photo of myself with an article about stalking in the background. Take another photo with her last name in the background and continue with the photo story till it led up to taking a photo in front of her house. Maybe just grab some balloons and a for sale/sold sign and about the new house you bought.

i did a friend purge, and she was still able to jack them.



i think she has another facebook profile of someone i know.
i actually had it narrowed down to about 15, to which i talked to them all.


it was very strange
