Exactly. I disagreed with the first time homebuyer credit, but you better believe I took the money and didn't feel the least bit bad about it.

I got the same letter, bill and then letter stating they made a mistake. same circumstances... bought lot/closed on construction loan prior to enactment date, but moved in/closed on perm financing in June 2008.
