Well assuming I had the startup money, a clone of myself, and interested parties, my dream would be:

Put a farm on my land
Acquire some cows, sheep, goats, and chickens
Small seasonal gardens
Sell meat, cheeses, produce, and baked goods to surrounding restaurants

Then use my ingredients to cook at said restaurants
