I find it difficult to find decent fish tacos and ceviche in the Orlando area. I love the dishes, but rarely order them here bc they typically disappoint.

I would have thought Orlando would have great ceviche.

I need to find some places around here with good ceviche. I wish I could find poke in Raleigh but I don't think there's any Hawaiian restaurants around

Miami has great ceviche ... Orlando, not so much. We have some decent gastro-pubs, but for the most part, this is the land of the chain restaurant. There are some nice chains, but they also tend to avoid high-cost, high-risk items like ceviche, in favor of trendier fare, like seared ahi.

There can be exceptions to this. Chicken Marsala, for example. What else are you going to make it with? I've heard of Veal Marsala but I don't like veal. Also, Fried Chicken. (Obviously not at a nice restaurant)
