I think I bought this same deal (FastForward Service) and they NEVER got back to me. I contacted them multiple times from two weeks after I bought the deal until about May of this year. Tried submitting forms through their website and calling them directly (and no one ever picked up). Eventually I just contested the charge on my credit card.
