Click the little cog next to Update Info and View Activity. Then click "View As". A little bar will pop up near the top of the page and you can click the link to view as public or as one of your friends. Very cool feature. All in all I'm impressed with the new timeline.

no, thats a bit extreme, but i do care what my friends are doing, I do like looking back through photo galleries and remembering some of the fun stuff we've done, I do care about their lives. so the new facebook has made a way to bring the important people out through the endless flow of dribble and highlight whats going on in their lives as well as making everything we've done together easily accessible.

I think thats awesome

I've forgotten about a lot of people I went to college with until now. It's kind of strange seeing random post from 2006.

Also, facebook is mostly showing me wall post from my guy friends. Maybe that's all that wrote on my wall, but I'm there were more.

It doesn't show me any post from 2005, but maybe I deleted those pics.

google+ definitely has a few niches but nothing substantial, the only thing that it has going for it is that its relatively unknown to most people, which is also a major detractor

Other times we get like a dozen TWW folks on at once and just have a massive chat/jerk session where we try to synch up our orgasms 15 seconds apart so its like three minutes of consecutive ropes until everyone finishes. Even though it made me a little sad at times to see the down points in life (i.e., not getting into school, losing a friend, etc) - it was neat to see all the highs in life replayed
