I have acquaintances who have been banned from restaurants... it might hurt their business slightly, if theperson went out a lot and it kept him/her and their friends/coworkers from coming in- but if it raised the morale of workers knowing they wouldn't have to serve a certain douche nozzle, it would probably be worth it
