richthofen what was the complex that you went to see? It sounds like you mean a certain complex when you say phase 1. I know there's St. Mary's Apartments and Glenwood Gardens east of CV, and there's a line of townhomes on Belwood Dr. (but I don't know if those are privately owned or if there's a management company). That's the area we want to be in, but the places we've looked at so far (St. Mary's Apartments and Raleigh Apartments) are owned by Draunker & Faulk (totally misspelled) and don't have W/D or hookups. Going to see Glenwood Gardens today.

^^That is indeed the neighborhood's web site. Unfortunately doesn't seem to have for rent listings.
