this guy comes on here to advertise his site by posting; not by purchasing ads. for the most part, tww does not tolerate such promotion, or else the place could be ruined by such spam bots saying, hey my site is new and cool and the best and free and blah.

secondly, it is a "rival" site in the sense that tww has a classifieds section and earns money via ad revenue, thus more posts/loads, the more money. now, i don't know how these guys earn money, but their site is competition for a subsection of tww. hell, this guy forbids posting ads for competing websites, but he goes out to competing websites and posts about his. hypocrisy.
