my wife has a memory foam pillow. I think we paid about $50 for it. It's good if you sleep on your back or side. I only sleep on my stomach with my arms underneath my pillow so I use some old, paper-thin pillow. Anything thicker will give my neck some issues.

^^ those things suck btw. They are way too hard. Still in the market for a pillow that doesn't give me a headache when I wake up in the morning. It's not that I won't pay $80 for a pillow. It's that I don't want to spend $80 on a pillow that sucks.
