They talk about it in this movie a bit, which you can watch for free on Netflix: http://beerwarsmovie.com/

Some of the movie I was a bit to (mainly the chick pushing caffeinated beer) but a lot of it was really interesting.

How's that? I think I've seen someone drinking one in public once or twice.

Also when are those punch tops coming around? I was drinking Miller Lite cans this past weekend and they did not have those tops.

Furthermore any idiot knows that this will not help with shot gunning a can of beer. Moderate chugging yes, but shotgunning...NO.

^i disagree. i've pounded beers much faster using a "vent" and drinking from the mouth than a traditional shotgun.

oh, well that is enough evidence for me.

"Anheuser-Busch InBev NV (ABI), the world’s biggest brewer, reported higher sales and profit in the first quarter after U.S. beer shipments were aided by sales of Bud Light Platinum and Stella Artois.

Revenue in three months ended March 31 gained 6.2 percent, excluding acquisitions, disposals and currency fluctuations, the Leuven, Belgium-based company said in a statement. "

I will have to try it with the vent. I just picture it spilling out all over your face when you turn it up.

Bud Light Platinum isn't bad it's not really all that good though, for a non-craft anyway. Their marketing is that it's a light beer with a higher alcohol content. The problem is that it's about twice the price of Milwaukee's Beast Ice which has the same ABV, same calorie count (roughly), and tastes pretty much the same. The biggest difference is that one comes in a cobalt blue bottle. I'd buy the stuff except the bottles are twist off so I can't even reuse them for home brew.

Well, as opposed to renting it outright. I'm assuming someone with Netflix has already watched other movies this month lol.

If I buy a macrobrew it's gonna be Miller High Life, PBR, Steel Reserve Triple Export, or Genesee Cream Ale (just because I can get a 30 pack at food lion for 12 bucks).
