I like it better than Holy Grail and The Meaning of Life, probably because it's the dead horse that was beaten the least when I was in high school.

it came out like 30 years ago, just curious if you guys have seen it lately, and if so if some of the "i watched this movie with jokes that were controversial about religion so it was funny" stuff has worn off a bit over the years, whether it be from getting older and/or having websites and tv shows mock religion on the regular, nullifying some of the shock value of it

imo movies like Airplane and The Naked Gun are still nearly as funny as when i first saw them 20 years ago

not that Life of Brian isn't funny, or wasn't groundbreaking at the time, but I don't think it stands the test of time as much as some others
