Hey shoot,

I'm shocked that this has reached two pages and nobody has said this yet, but the phrase "colored people" is incredibly offensive in America. This dates back to the 1960's and earlier, when "colored people" were second class citizens (or worse).





Using the phrase "colored people" will make you sound ignorant at best and hateful at worst. Such is the treacherous landscape that is American racial politics.

People discriminate every day. So what?
Its not a black issue. Its a people issue.
Color, sex, sexuality, social class, religeon, nationality and so on...
People will always discriminate. Get over it, forgive, move on with your life.
Don't dwell on it and dont go looking for it because nothing good comes from it.
