doesn't mean it's not illegal. Not that everyone always follows the laws. But most distributors stay on the up and up about that since the fines can be a bitch

I was going to stick up for NC wine then I remembered that I don't give 2 shits about wine and that it all tastes pretty much the same to me (Besides Merlot which I don't enjoy much).
