1. Almost daily. Masturbation has pretty much nothing to do with being married. It's just "me time."

2. Depends on what you mean by often. As a rule, I may get turned down occasionally because he's tired and not in the mood, but that's not too often. BUT there have been a couple of spells where he was so stressed out that sex wasn't where his head was at, so I got turned down on the regular. Unfortunately, this made me even pushier about it and made him even less likely to put out

Most women have a problem with their man masturbating.

For most men, they will want to ejaculate within some period of time from the last time. If they have sex then the counter is reset, same with masturbating. When the counter is low (they ejaculated fairly recently), it takes more to get them going, and they're not as passionate when they do get going. Obviously, the woman will get more attention if her guy doesn't masturbate. That's simply a biological observation, and this is why most women learn to discourage it.

Both genders want sex (or masturbation) more when they are regularly engaging in it, but women don't have as extreme of a counter from their last time.

The main reason a man would prefer to put sex on the sidelines and masturbate is because sex is complicated and requires thinking about the other person. Like many solitary activities, it's quite easy to get comfortable with.

The best course of action depends on how much you care / how much you want his attention. You could wait it out, or tell him to bang you next time he would have masturbated. It's only about the easiest problem in the world to fix, unless the woman is just horrendously socially uncomfortable to be around.
