Having moved away from Raleigh since my last post in this thread, I now realize how much I miss Cloos'. Good dogs, good burgers, good cheesesteak (on correct bread), good fries (especially chili cheese fries).

Epic snowstorm in January 2000....20+ inches. Only place open was Upper Deck which had every known person the in living world there.

Also watching people being pulled behind trucks on snow skis up and down AF during said snow storm

Used to drink in my friend's dorm at Avent Ferry during freshman year in '09-'10. Always went over to Burger King late at night. At the beginning of the spring semester they started closing the inside at midnight after they got robbed once. Then like 6 weeks later they started closing the inside at 10:00 after they got robbed again. I don't think I've been back since then. Israel was the greatest Burger King employee known to man.

I remember seeing a lady walking in the grass on the Blockbuster video side of the movie theaters, carrying a baby, just stop near a tree, take a shit while standing, and continue on her way. It happened so fast that I was driving on Avent Ferry towards Western and was able to witness the whole thing.
