I've been in this situation several times, especially when I was younger. they'll come to you for attention until they get another guy, then she'll ignore you again. It takes forever to accept the fact that you have to let them go, but you can't keep getting used. If you really liked the girl, its always extremely hard to be mean to them. But you have to do it. Thankfully now that i'm older, if a girl starts acting like this, I have an easier time saying fuck it and deleting their number. I actually just did that last week. =)
