Both Governor Christie and Ann Romney unwittingly made Obama's point.

I'm all for merit based state funded scholarship programs, but I also know that statistically the to 25% of the class will come from the top 25% of wage earners. But, that is how some Republican's think. Even when they get help, they think they did it all.
