Other than a few defense contractors, which US corps have benefited from Afghanistan, at least a large level? Their hasnt been much infrastructure progress and the natural resources have only recently started to really be exploited. The government in place isnt that US friendly and is very corrupt, the Chinese and Russians are jumping in as much as the US.

there are a multitude of reasons to expect foul play, beginning with the hilariously inept 9/11 commission

the hard part about discussing any of this with people is because 75% call you an idiot and move on (as if they've done the research themselves), 20% employ constant straw man arguments based on what other crackpots believe, and maybe 5% will carry on a legitimate discussion. it's as if the topic is off-limits for speculation.

the occam's razor argument is dismissive garbage, because there have been plenty of instances where mind-boggling conspiracy theories have turned out to be true.

^well say what you DO believe. I've said multiple times that other lesser scenarios are far more probable, especially something as simple as the gov't not telling us how much they knew/who knew before hand. That would be a far stretch from a conspiracy theory though, more like business as usual.

The hijackers put the plane down during the cockpit struggle; that was my understanding based on things I've read and the voice recorder transcript.
