Has anyone seen a water heater that will drop the temp to the lowest temp that will kill bacteria during periods of non-use?

It is for a vacation rental. Can't really put tankless because there is no gas service, need temp up near 150 when its rented.

^^Whirlpool makes several "Energy Smart" models with a control box right on top. You can adjust the temperature on one dial, and set it to one of four modes on the other dial. One of those modes is the vacation / cabin mode.
