The biggest one is the measurement for driving while stoned, they had to have something in the legislation for that and everyone is saying its below the threshold that shows up days after you get high.

I was thinking about it though and for a cop to have PC to charge you you would have to appear fucked up, most people do not appear fucked up when they are not high anymore and function just find.
