It is probable that the 2.5 billion is operating profit (Which doesn't account for financial items like taxes interest amortization). It still should be reported as such op profit and not normal profit.

Average worker taking it for the team while the CEO gets a hefty bonus. More expensive health care coverage. The more expensive health care coverage still isn't as good of a plan as what you had before. No more pensions.
