My biggest problem is finding time to take off. I'm in a position now where it's just me and 1 other guy working third shift, if we want to take time off it's a royal bastard trying to get someone to cover. Hopefully in January this will cease to be an issue. 11/27/2012 6:47:23 PM

my PTO days don't roll over, and I haven't taken much time off this year, so on December 14 I'm saying "peace out -- see ya in 2013" 11/27/2012 6:49:14 PM

4 weeks vacation (20 days), 3 sick periods (a "period" being up to three days) and a lot of holidays...I'm not sure how many exactly. At least 10 by a rough count.

I get a week of paid vacation, a week of sick time, two floating holidays, extra floating holidays if Christmas is on a weekend, a floating holiday, if I have to work on a holiday, and I'm not sure what the ratio is, but we gain a certain number of vacation minutes for every so many hours that we work. As your hours add up through the years your minutes eventually equal 8 hours. 11/27/2012 10:00:26 PM

I'm currently at... 20 Vacation days 4 Floating holidays (can use for anything) 13 Paid holidays 10 Sick days "officially" but they aren't as strict about it anymore. 5 days of vacation buy (no longer a benefit starting next year) days no longer roll-over starting next year
