I really like Felicia Day, the Guild, Table Top (she co-created), and think that Geek & Sundry (which she started) is really trailblazing as a kind of hybrid internet TV channel which could shape the future of the internet. She can also kinda sing and plays the violin.

All that aside Alison Brie takes it on looks alone. She does not seem to be a bitch or anything, so your not comparing Felicia to somebody like Naomi Campbell, and she doesn't seem to take herself too seriously, with outtakes like that HJ/BJ scene. With the available info, it would be a slam dunk for Alison.
