I've seen them on a lot of celebs this year. It's basically an edgy twist on the classic little black dress.

^ That was a Scrumples comment. But Rachel Zoe rocked a dress like that recently. She's a good trend indicator. 1/3/2013 10:27:24 AM

I'm not against leather and I definitely don't know shit about women's fashion (and could honestly care less)...
But every time i see leather pants or a dress...I think of all the high school or early college bitches from my redneck home town getting ready to hit up the Spanish Galleon in Myrtle Beach on a weekend night. Ugh...wish I could forget about those times.
But iheartkisses is rocking the leather well...so again...Props. 1/3/2013 10:49:57 AM

I don't eat a ton of meat in general, so that helps with the budget. At home, I eat eggs and smoked salmon for protein. And the boy takes me out to sushi a couple of times a week, so I really don't spend much on seafood.
And yeah, seafood is relatively inexpensive in FL.

But he's no finance guy. lol
Besides, I've always gone half way in everything when I was in a long term relationship. I just don't feel right having the guy pay for everything because it's his "role". 1/3/2013 3:18:39 PM

Mine is too... but he's very traditional and doesn't let me pay for dinner when we go out. And I make it up to him in other ways. Like, I bring wine and pick up groceries.
It makes him happy, for some odd reason. I used to get sneaky and pay the bill... he'd get really pissed about it. 1/3/2013 3:30:56 PM

I think I was in college when the pleather fad was going strong. It was certainly just as bad at State.
Also, kudos to women who don't expect somebody to pay for everything when on dates. Not really into that. If you're into that I hope you don't have a job, cook when we don't go out, don't speak unless spoken to etc. selective traditionalism. Just not my thing... 1/3/2013 3:51:36 PM
