I got busted by my wife for having Katy Perry's Teenage Dream- the entire album- on my iShuffle for my runs.

I run 5 times a week for the last 10 years. I've burned out on so much music. I'm running on empty.

But right now I'm really into mid-late 1970s James Brown live performances when I run.

I catch myself bobbing my head. I'm white, old, and fat.

I have no rhythm.
