I love boiled peanuts, especially when you dig them a little before they are ready to dig for regular harvesting. The ones that are peanuts that have been dried but still are raw and boiled are ok, but they get to starchy tasting and too tight in the shell. I even like "pops." They are very small and immature, but they are very sweet. Even the ones out of the can are tolerable if there are no others available.
