What are you even talking about? I said Hawks/Agile/Douglas were Korea based guitars.

Anyone overall bad mouthing the Schecter brand is either a troll or ignorant.

I realize it's only 200 bucks, but why would anybody straight up buy some shit online like this?

I've owned a Schecter C1-Classic for about 10 years. I've been pretty happy with it.

Just like every brand, if you go cheap, the quality/pickups are not as good. If you can set the action at a decent height and get the tone you want, I'd say you did pretty good for $200

schecters are ok but their pickups make them unbearable
i had a schecter 8 string with active pickups and it was horrible
they were emg which i really hate anyways

looking to put a pair of bareknuckles in my prestige soon tho...that'll be nice.

The last Schecter I had before exchanging had Seymour Duncans in them and so does the one I have coming now (Tempest Custom). Only the very first $199 Schecter I had used their own brand of pick ups.

Pretty much any of the Diamond Series and up either have Duncans (Active or Passive) or EMG Actives in them.
