Yeah Raleigh always wins best city for opening new businesses namely restaurants because there are none.
And yes I say "city" because it meets the requirements of being a city by having large amounts of people, universities but when ti comes to the entertainment options of a real city it has virtually none.
Its like how 3rd world countries that have just come out of the stone age are the best countries to _____ in. 4/1/2013 7:28:57 PM |

Raleigh is ripe for someone to come in with a dream and a delicious buscuit recipe. I don't think anyone in the city even sells buscuits. 4/1/2013 7:38:25 PM |

Seattle is actually in a rain shadow and doesn't rain nearly that much. Its just a myth. The weather is great overall because its never really over 80 or freezing on average pretty nice all year.

Things like little crime, little traffic, cheap housing, good public school system. I don't even understand what that argument means, but I assume you have evidence to back it up.
Anyway, Raleigh is the most gas guzzling city in the US, so that is pretty awesome.

Theres no debating that its a city. I just said "city" because it doesn't have anywhere near the entertainment and dining services that any other large city would have.
Pyongyang is also a city. 4/1/2013 11:33:11 PM |

I'ma call shenanigans on that. though the area has a lot of people leaving WAY outside their means.
As for what I want out of nightlife, while the restaurants are pretty good, there's nothing in the way of dance clubs or bars for people with jobs. it's like going out and having to choose between the goat and the pour house every night, only no one good is playing at the pour house.4/4/2013 12:38:03 PM |
