I went to a Wendy's over the weekend and there was no longer any 99 cent menu. I remember the good ol' days when I could get 2 JBCs and a small fries for $3.

This probably has a lot to do with their marketing push to be "high-end fast food"...the Western Blvd. one was just dumpy inside too, it needed to go
