I learned a long time ago not to drink liquor. Makes me hungover as shit.

I should keep some vodka or something for girls but I don't drink any soda or anything they could mix it with.

I only drink beer, wine, water, and milk (respectively).

Reeds definitely has an extra spicy ginger kick that will take your Dark and Stormy up a notch.

Liquor interferes with my beer drinking, so I usually only have one bottle of bourbon around. Right now it's a bottle of Woodford Reserve, which I drink neat.

Scotch: Talisker 10 and Bowmore 12
Bourbon: Michters and Bulleit
Rye: Bulleit and Col. Taylors
Gin: Bombay
Vodka: Titos
Rum: Meyers dark

then some shitty bottom shelf stuff like Jim Beam, Skyy, Bacardi for mixing when we have company and they want a bourbon and coke or whatever

I don't drink that often. Most of those bottle are greater than 6 mos. old. amassed as gifts or whatever

I get mine usually at World Market. Everyone says Reeds just because it's readily available at better grocery stores but I think it's a ripoff.

We cannot keep much more than that around because it all ends up being drank.

Get ginger beer at Harris Teeter, almost all of them carry it.

Dark'n'stormy no shame.

Just made that mojito I was talking about earlier. These things really remind me of Miami. Definitely one of the best rum drinks and so easy to make.

Scotch, roughly in order of how often I drink them (from most to least):
Glenmorangie 10
Compass Box Spice Tree
Aberlour A'Bunadh
Glenlivet Nectar d'Or
Glengoyne 17
Hart Brothers - Macallan 13
Compass Box Hedonism
Bowmore 15 Darkest Sherry
Compass Box Great King Street - New York blend
Macallan 18

Vodka:
Tito's
Re:Find (made from grapes by a small distillery at a winery in Paso Robles)
Firefly Sweet Tea
Van Gogh PB&J (the wife's )

Sherry - Armada Oloroso
Bourbon - Angel's Envy
Rum - Sailor Jerry spiced
Tequila - Espolon reposado
Kahlua
Re:Find Limoncello
Triple Sec

I'm not much for cocktails. Other than making white Russians with the vodka and Kahlua, I generally just drink everything else straight. Whisky neat, rum and tequila in shots (occasionally will make a rum drink or margarita), and sherry or limoncello in a small glass.

I drink most of my liquor drinks in those turvis tumblers. DAT 190% anti-condensation.

I do have some sweet rocks glasses that I use when the in-laws or other fancy people come around.

i have a couple of those from various Fat Tuesdays that i'll use if i make a sweeter mixed drink.

i'm a traditionalist also and prefer to have my drinks in proper glassware. hence my huge collection of beer glassware as well.
