TBF i bet dems would do the same thing now. Same reason they want to pack the courts and get rid of the filabuster etc. Why should dems play fair when repubs are all the time gaming the system?

I wonder if cunningham and willingham gave them a wink and a nod first, out of spite for losing their primary
