I noticed the twin pines -> lone pine and "eastwood ravine" but I did not notice the chunk of material missing from the clock tower.

^The good thing is no one has made a stupid remake yet. I have seen advertisements for two new time traveling movies coming out. It's 2015, so it's almost like directors are itching to make a BTTF remake, but yet they are smart enough to know it isn't the right thing to do.

Unfortunately Ghostbusters is getting a remake...

Also, did anyone take the time to watch the Crispin Glover interview in that last link I posted? WTF dude!?!? Quit taking it so serious. I'm pretty sure it was meant to be a comical science fiction adventure and not a movie to promote how money is more important than love.

only reason i'm replying to this thread is so I can't point to this place in time and tell the gatekeepers of hell that "Hey, look, all I did was say what is in the quotes if you really think about it"
And because they're all faggots and I'll do it in a really super-white obama-voice they'll understand

^^Dude, the 21st is serious business. Do you know of any of any celebrations?

Cause, for real, pop culture is very important to me.

^They are actually showing BTTF2 in some theaters on the 21st for that one day only.

And it looks like they are making a comic book series now. I'm cool with some things like this, but I just hope the creators get there wish and a remake of the trilogy is never done.

Here is another interesting article about BTTFII

Well I went to Best Buy on lunch break and bought "Back to the Future the Complete Collection." At some point I'll have to watch all of the movies and cartoon episodes.

Saw the first one at Radio City Music Hall with a live orchestra last week. It gave me great joy.

I am trying to remember if the BTTF trilogy is kid friendly for a 7 year old. I have come to realize that the majority of the movies I watched when I was a kid that I thought were actually arent haha.

I think a 7 year old would be fine.

Looks like Raleigh Grande is playing 1 & 2 today.

Thats what I have been doing. Movies like the Goonies, ghostbusters, and even ET arent exactly kid friendly by todays standards. We just try not to make faces during curse words so he doesnt realize they are bad words. It was pretty tough to keep it together during the Goonies when Chunk yells AHHH SHIT!! and he quickly repeated it lol

It's kind of funny how once you become an adult a lot of things are no big deal, but then when kids are around it's like, "wait a minute...we can't listen to that song, or watch that movie with them around."

It's a good thing I'm never having kids. My philosophy would be: 'fuck it, they'll hear and see it on the internet eventually (if they haven't already)'

So I was reading the book that came with the complete collection. I didn't realize Elijah Wood made his film debut in BTTFII. He was the kid in the Cafe 80s who thought it wasn't cool to play video games with your hands.

Someone should go back in time and beat him to death with a hammer after that scene.

I watched episode 1 of season one of BTTF the Animated Series today. They went back in time to the Civil War. There was a Rebel flag flying at the Confederate camp. I saw it twice. How long until someone cries racism? That would not be allowed today if Saturday morning cartoons still existed.
